FOREIGN INVESTMENT AND EXCHANGE CONTROL LAWS

We assist in FEMA related compliances for allotment and transfer of shares including preparing the requisite forms to be filed with the RBI. We also assist our clients with the Business Structure options based on the Foreign Exchange Laws.

Our Scope of Work will include:

Assistance in filing the Advance Reporting Form with the RBI for receipt of FDI into the Company.
Assistance in filing of the Form FC-GPR for of shares to a non-resident.
Transfer of shares from a resident to non-resident and vice versa and assistance in filing of Form FCTRS with the RBI.
Providing assistance in compounding of the offences made with respect to the FDI on behalf of the Company.
Assistance in filing the Annual Return for Foreign Liabilities and Assets to the RBI.
Obtaining any Approvals from Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP).
Establishment of Overseas Subsidiaries/ Branches of Indian Companies.
Establishment of liaison offices and branches of Foreign Companies in India
